Ricky is a local native of the Virginia Beach area. Growing up in the Kempsville area, after moving back from overseas (military family), Ricky has always been a people person, entertaining personality, and goal driven. Ricky graduated from Tallwood High School and then later received a full band scholarship to Shaw University graduating with a BA of Business Administration minoring in accounting.
As he began his entrepreneurship journey in 2009, he thrives off his deep passion and love for people. Realizing that teamwork makes the dream work is why he loves the P40 Network team! He believes that networking, building relationships, and giving back is key to growing a positive atmosphere of our generation. With Ricky, it is obvious that the connection is vital.
