No matter how good our intentions are or how much effort and heart we put into something, there will be people who simply want to knock us down and dim our fire. But I tell you, that speaks more about their inner world than about us. It also tells you who you should roll with. If someone cannot see your magic, doesn't support you, and is always trying to make you feel inferior, stupid, or wrong, then that person is NOT for you. Whether this is about business, friendship, or a significant other, if someone isn't lifting you up and fueling your passion and drive, that person isn't for you. And honestly, don't waste energy on them. Simply move on. Surround yourself with people who appreciate your light and you'll burn brighter. We aren't made for everyone.
